Precision Machining
We offer exceptional quality CNC machined turned and milled parts. Specialising in small to medium batch production, this is supported by offline 2D, 3D and 4 axis programming software, with the capability to program machining directly from the customer’s CAD model.
The advantages are not only fast programming, but the ability to refine the machining data, particularly on complex machined components.
This optimising of tooling, feed and speeds before the tooling touches the material, reduces the risk of machining errors and keeps accompanying down time to a minimum.
Project Management
We are currently responsible for customer KanBan systems with call off from stock ensuring a daily delivery of machined parts.
We offer kitting and assembly to customer requirements and provide help & advice on prototyping, jigging, tooling, and general precision engineering problems. Our skilled engineers offer possible alternatives as opposed to just accepting a method of production. Our customers are good at what they do; we like to make them better with the emphasis on communication, quality, and delivery on schedule, and all within budget.
Vibratory Finishing
The finishing media and chemical additive combinations provide a wide spectrum of finishes from simple de-burring, edge breaking, degreasing, radiusing though to 0.03 ra super finishing.
