CNC Miller Programmer/Machinist – Dayshift

Fully skilled and experienced Programmer/Setter/Machinist – preferred Mazatrol and or Heidenhain controls.

CNC Turner Programmer/Machinist – Dayshift

Fully skilled and experienced Programmer/Setter/Machinist fully conversant with Mazatrol, but would consider training from Fanuc.

The ideal candidates would be apprentice trained and capable of machining high precision low to high volume components particularly for the Automotive, Defence and Aviation industries.

Key skills:

• Experience with Mazak machining centres
• Planning the most efficient sequence of operations for the job
• Experience with FAI (First article inspection) and completing 100% inspection reports
• Loading fixtures, programs and tooling according to setup sheets
• Health & Safety awareness
